Traveling, sewing, reading, and writing have always been passions of mine. I started reading novels quite early in life and loved adventure books.

Exploring at a young age sparked my curiosity about the world. I grew up in the Midwest and have lived out West for many years, so I know a thing or two about these areas.

Although I mostly travel the US in our camper van, I’ll go beyond that too. So, you might get some overseas and other states in the mix.

I share my travel experiences so they can help you plan your own adventures, or at least entertain you. So, saddle up, come along, and explore. I’m just traveling through life telling stories!

About My Travel Blog

1. I am a writer.

I’ve written poetry, short travel adventure stories, expository text, news stories, and reports. I earned my B.A. in Journalism, landing jobs in media. Then later, I got my M.Ed. That being said, I write my own content, and always will. You’ll get my experiences, in my voice and my style of writing. I put a lot of effort and thought behind my writing, which takes time.

2. I actually travel.

Yes, I do have to mention this. We are living in a world where anyone can start a travel blog with regurgitated generic information without even traveling. I actually travel to the places I write about in a storytelling format. These are my authentic travels, coupled with helpful information that you can use as you venture to new places.

3. I take my own pictures.

All pictures and videos you find on my blog are taken by me, or someone took a picture of me. I do not use stock, AI images, or swipe them from other people’s social media accounts. An indicator that someone actually travels is having proof of doing it. If they use their own images, I’m going to believe they’ve actually visited the place.

4. I own all my content.

Whether you find my content on my blog or on social media, it all belongs to me. I am the creator and sole copyright owner of my original work. You may not copy or reuse any materials, including but not limited to articles, stories, photos, images, and videos, in any form without my written permission. I work hard to make all my content. So, if you want to share my materials, please link back to my website.
